Do you charge sales tax?
Florida state sales tax will be added to applicable services.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card types include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Checking accounts are accepted as well as electronic payments.
Do you guarantee results?
We always guarantee your satisfaction with our service. Immediate results can be affected by many factors such as weather temperature, frequency of treatment type purchased, and types of insects. Our experienced and professional pest service team will not rest until we have solved your pest control issues.
What plan is the best-selling?
Our Platinum Service plan is the most popular choice because it is the most inclusive plan and customers love the peace of mind knowing that service is performed each month to prevent pest problems.
Can we tip the technicians?
Yes. If you are extremely happy with the service then you can provide a tip to the technician. Please note that tips are not expected or required.
Is there a penalty for canceling recurring service?
There is no penalty or fees for cancelling a recurring service plan. The drawback is that you will no longer have continual prevention and protection from pests.
Why do recurring plans have an initial fee?
The initial fee covers the extensive and comprehensive 14-Point service that prepares and creates an interior and exterior barrier that will be maintained and fortified with each scheduled service to the property.
Are recurring plans better than one-time service plans?
Recurring treatment plans will ensure that pests do not return to your home and allows for regular observations from our technicians to spot any new potential pest problem lingering.
Can I schedule service on weekends?
You can schedule service on Saturdays. We do not perform service on Sundays.
What time of day can I schedule service?
Available times are from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday. We do not offer service on Sundays. Our appointment slots fill up quickly.
Which areas in Florida do you service?
Our service area includes the surrounding areas of Jacksonville, Daytona, Orlando, Central Florida, Brevard County, Space Coast, Tampa, Gulf Coast, Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Okeechobee, and West Palm Beach.
One Time Service
This is a comprehensive pest control service to rid your property of the target pests that are annoying you as well as all of the others listed. A heavy concentration will be devoted to the target pests. The One Time Service is the same comprehensive initial 14-point treatment of our premium programs but without any commitment or recurring scheduled service. While we strongly recommend recurring service to keep your property pest-free, we understand that circumstances sometimes only allow for a “one and done” treatment. Our One Time Treatment is the same cost as the initial treatment of our premium, recurring services and it will get the job done, guaranteed.

Value Service
Our Value Service is designed to keep the most common pest invaders out of your home. You know who those culprits are; palmetto bugs, ants, spiders, pantry pests, and the rest. Our 14-point treatment will be a comprehensive inside and outside treatment to eradicate the pests and leave safe, residual baits behind to kill any invaders that venture forth between treatments. We apply products in the cracks and crevices where bugs love to hide, even including removing electrical outlet covers to get our products in the walls. We also sweep the eves for mud daubers and spiders and apply insecticides to the property perimeter to keep pests out. After the initial comprehensive service, we will make scheduled quarterly visits to reapply our products to the perimeter of your property where our tropical weather deteriorates them over time. After all, the vast majority of pests enter from outside, so our perimeter treatments keep them at bay. Any interior services requested will be rendered free of charge during the course of the program.
Note: We do not recommend this service for Southwest or Southeast Florida. The tropical climate in South Florida, with year-round sun & heat, requires a more frequent service.

Gold Service
Our Gold program is one of the most popular pest control services we offer. Starting with a comprehensive 14-point service to protect you against pests inside and out, we then schedule recurring services every 60 days. This premium service covers all types of ants including hard to eradicate Carpenter Ants. Hard to eliminate German roaches are included in this service as well as the control of all types of cockroaches. On top of the long list of insects controlled including silverfish, spiders, crickets, centipedes, millipedes, scorpions, and pantry pests. We will advise you on how to keep rodents away from your home. Further, we place subterranean termite monitoring stations around the perimeter of your home to monitor for any subterranean termite activity. These stations are checked at each service. Every other month visits will include sweeping your eves for wasps, mud daubers, and spiders and treating all home exterior entry points with a residual insecticide to effectively keep bugs out. Any inside service requested will be rendered free of charge during our program.

Platinum Service
Our Platinum service is the most comprehensive program we offer, for those who want to enjoy their home and yard without bugs of any kind, including mosquitos! The first service will be a comprehensive 14-point treatment, treating your home inside and out with safe residual insecticides and bait products for virtually every insect. We apply our products in the cracks and crevices of your kitchen and baths where bugs love to hide, and even inside your walls where ants and roaches can hide. We will even place bedbug monitoring stations where required. We will treat all exterior entry points such as window and door frames and thresholds. Child and animal proof rodent bait stations will be placed around your property and near trash receptacles. We will place mosquito traps in your hedges and resupply them monthly with products that keep mosquito larvae from hatching, as well as fogging your property for mosquitos. Every visit will include sweeping the eves for spiders and wasps, as well as checking the subterranean termite monitoring stations. Our monthly visits will monitor and replace all exterior bait stations, sweep eves, apply perimeter insecticides, and make your property virtually bug free. Any requested inside services will be rendered free of charge during our program.
