The Apex warranty takeover process eliminates the additional charge for retreatment on qualifying properties. We simply bid the new renewal fee. The new renewal fee is also guaranteed not to increase for 5 years.
Warranty Take-Over
Apex offers a very economical service for common household pests. This service is primarily exterior only but includes interior service on demand for covered pests. Each building receives preventive service on a quarterly basis. This service includes sweeping the eaves (first floor only) and common area hallways (all floors) for cobwebs and the removal and treatment of wasp nests. The exterior foundation receives granule or bait applications according to the season. Entrances to the buildings are treated as well. Common areas around pools and clubhouses are treated on a monthly schedule. Other open common areas are inspected and treated for fire ant infestations on a quarterly basis.
Pest Control Service
Our lawn service includes regular analysis for mowing and watering recommendations, granular fertilization and insect control. Weed control is provided and sold on an “as needed” basis. Additional services such as flea and tick control and shrubbery fertilization may also be purchased. (Mowing not provided.)
Lawn Service
Our subterranean termite prevention or control services may be purchased in two ways.
Conventional Plan - Includes treatment of all structures and the issuance of our Termite Warranty, including $1,000,000 of damage protection.
Economy Plan - Includes retreatment coverage for active infestations. Can be added to any annual pest control plan (does not include damage protection).

Apex also offers other miscellaneous pest, termite, and lawns service that include spot treatments for drywood termites, fly control around garbage areas, and mosquito control for special events or on an ongoing basis.
